We have almost no garlic left. We appreciate our new and repeat customers. We love the Minnesota Garlic Festival and are sad that we could not visit with the many hundreds of you that stop by to see what new garlics are available each year.
In 2021 we will have a variety of Creole Garlic that we have been growing for four years that flourishes well below zero. Acclimatized Northern Creole's are extremely rare and Creole's are the most sought after garlics with great flavor and very long storing ability.
There were many new garlics available for 2020 including
new results from crossbreeding programs that use true seed from fertile garlic flowers. All tested here in the cold by us.

Garlic, shallots and peanuts are specially pampered and nurtured to obtain maximum size and quality.
Test plots for garlic research provide new and rare garlic varieties in limited quantities.
All products are organically grown and Certified Naturally Grown. We plant garlic in the fall, harvest mid summer and ship late summer into fall.
Also, we participate in special garlic research projects and document our work with written records and photographs. Some of that information is available on this website.
