In our latest testing of garlics we have a variety of Creole Garlic that we have been test-growing for four years that flourishes well below zero. Acclimatized Northern Creoles are extremely rare and Creoles are the most sought after garlics with great flavor and very long storing ability.
There are many new garlics available to purchase for 2021 including
new results from crossbreeding programs that use true seed from fertile garlic flowers. All tested here in the cold. All non-GMO, no pesticides and organically grown.
