We will continue our ongoing testing of garlics, especially Creole type garlic as well as others. In 2023 we hope to have many more new garlics and new crossbreeds.
We are sad to say that we recently heard that Dr. Buddenhagen passed away in July (2022). He bred many food plants including garlic, creating new crossbreeds.
As a tribute to his hard work in that process, we will continue to
offer many of his garlics here so that he can be remembered.
We have offered for purchase for 2022 new results from crossbreeding programs that use true seed (little black specks similar to onion seed) from fertile garlic flowers. All tested here in the cold. All non-GMO, no pesticides, no hormone treatments and all
organically grown. More to come in 2023!!

All products are organically grown and Certified Naturally Grown. We plant garlic in the fall, harvest mid summer and ship late summer into fall.
