Korean Mountain

Hails originally from Korea and has long, large cloves. The initial taste is hot but brief when dried down and raw, with a full garlic flavor and a hint of sweetness as an aftertaste. When it’s baked in has a nice bit of sweetness, more than a mild heat, and plenty of garlic flavor. A beautiful red painted bulb wrapper when first dug.
