Trueheart

Although an Artichoke, this garlic has good flavor without grassy overtones common to some Artichoke cultivars. The initial taste is hot raw, but soon mellows out. The center usually has one clove as opposed to the common Artichokes usually having several small cloves in the center. Sometimes called Ron's Trueheart garlic and Single Center garlic.
