In our ongoing testing of garlics we have two varieties of Creole Garlic that we have been test-growing for five years that flourish well below zero. Acclimatized Northern Creoles are extremely rare and Creoles are the most sought after garlics with great flavor and typically very long storing ability. Donostia Red and DX-127 (W6 35694).
There are new garlics available to purchase for 2022 including
new results from crossbreeding programs that use true seed from fertile garlic flowers. All tested here in the cold. All non-GMO, no pesticides, no hormone treatments and are organically grown.
